hotel is family owned and run by the Patterson family since 2003 who have now
fully restored this 18th Century Grade II listed hotel to its former glory.
Originating from the local area, the Patterson family have a wealth of experience
within the hospitality industry as Phil and Joy both owned and ran a public house
for 20 years where the focus was on good food and good ale. While Adam Patterson,
who has worked in the prestigious London Kensington Hilton, brings with him a
